Burial will be in the Bellevue Memorial Park Cemetery directed by the Lafond-Ardoin Funeral Home on the old Sunset Highway in Opelousas.
A rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Survivors include one son, Harold Dennis Savoy of Opelousas; one daughter, Mrs. Carroll (Mary Lynn) Graffagnino of Alexandria; five brothers, Ashton, John William, Alvin and Henry (Blue) Savoie, all of Opelousas and Thomas Savoie of Baton Rouge; two grandchildren.
He was a veteran of World War II, a member of the American Legion Post No. 45 and a member of the Hook and Ladder Volunteer Fire Department.
Savoy was the son of the late Willie Savoy and Kate Devalcourt Savoy.
